| Since 1995 the Hawaiian Petroglyph
Company has been creating sculpture inspired by
Hawaii's petroglyphs . These pieces are individually cast by
sculptor Charlie Corda at his foundry studio in north Kohala
on Hawaii island. |

Recycled aluminum is heated to 1500 degrees F,
then carefully poured into a variety of sand moulds. After the pieces have cooled
they are burnished, then clad with a durable weather resistant finish. |
